Refund Policy
At SRDV Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality software solutions and digital services that meet our clients’ expectations. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in all financial transactions between SRDV Technologies and our clients. By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Service-Based Refunds
SRDV Technologies primarily provides custom software development, travel portal development, website design, and digital solutions. Since these are service-based and customized to client requirements, refunds are not generally applicable once a project has been initiated or development work has started.
However, under exceptional circumstances, such as when the project has not yet begun or if the client cancels within a specific time frame after payment (as stated in the agreement), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Domain name registration and renewal charges.

Web hosting, email services, or third-party integrations.

API costs (Flight, Hotel, Bus, or any third-party APIs).

Custom development work or design once the process has started.

Any project after final delivery and approval from the client.
3. Cancellation by SRDV Technologies
In rare cases where SRDV Technologies is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances, technical limitations, or internal constraints, we may initiate a full or partial refund depending on the work completed and payments made. Clients will be notified promptly, and any eligible amount will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Client Responsibility
Before making a purchase, clients are encouraged to:

Read all terms and conditions mentioned in the service agreement.
Refund requests due to a change of mind, project delays caused by client-side inaction, or unsatisfactory results based on unclear requirements will not be entertained.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment. Depending on the bank or payment gateway policies, the credited amount may take additional days to reflect in the client’s account.
