1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made through the official website or authorized representatives only.

• A certain advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip, as per the specified terms.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of payment.

• The website reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking without prior notice if necessary.

2. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made through debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or other accepted payment methods.

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice due to fluctuations in currency rates, fuel prices, or taxes.

• The website is not responsible for any failed or delayed payments due to technical or banking issues.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email.

• Cancellation charges will apply as per the duration before departure:

  • 30 days or more – 10% of package cost

  • 15–29 days – 25% of package cost

  • 7–14 days – 50% of package cost

  • Less than 7 days – No refund

• No refunds will be provided for partially used services, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after deducting applicable charges.

4. Travel Documents

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all necessary documents (ID proofs, tickets, permits, etc.) are valid and available before departure.

• The website shall not be liable for any issues or delays caused by missing or invalid documents.

5. Itinerary Changes & Modifications

• The website reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or routes due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

• Equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever possible.
